Banana is a tropical fruit with a great nutritional valor.
Banana is rich in starch, Potassium, Magnesium and vitamins (B5 A B6 in major proportion).
Generally we know the yellow banana, the desert sweet and soft that we can find in the supermarket; but the green banana is a great food and here I write a recipe for cook green bananas is a recipe from Costa Rica, and you can use it for eat beef, pork, poultry, beans, dips, cheese, etc.
Ingredients.
4-5 Green Bananas
1 cup of vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Frying pan
Instruccions.
-Peeling the green bananas and cut it into slices.
-Put the frying pan to fire and to add the vegetable oil.
-Put slices into oil and cook until is soft.
-To cush slices to from flakes.
-Cook slices until is crunchy
-Add salt to taste and serve.
